Über ProofTable: Design Approvals
ProofTable helps custom-product shops collect design approvals before production. Send image or PDF proofs to customers through a private link tied to individual Shopify order items. Customers can review artwork and approve designs or request changes directly from their phone—no account needed.
Keep every revision, comment, and approval decision organized with the correct order item. View all approved items in a dedicated production queue, then download the approved files with their version-specific approval record.
Built for embroidery shops, wedding stationery, sticker printing, and personalized gift businesses that need to manage design revisions and customer feedback efficiently before moving items into production.
