About the POMate: PO to Draft Order

POMate converts purchase orders from email, PDFs, spreadsheets, CSV files, and pasted text into Shopify Draft Orders you can review before processing. The app uses AI to read and extract customer details, line items, quantities, shipping information, and order notes from your PO documents. When extracted fields are unclear, rule-based logic flags them for your attention. The system learns from your corrections to improve future order matching and extraction accuracy. Every draft order maintains links to source files and extraction evidence, so your team can always trace back to see where each detail originated.
