About the Voidly
Voidly helps EU merchants comply with the 2023/2673 directive by adding a mandatory withdrawal button to their Shopify store. The app integrates directly into your theme with customizable blocks, making it easy for customers to cancel individual products or entire orders.
The withdrawal process is fully automated based on order status. When a customer submits a cancellation request through the simple form, Voidly automatically sends a timestamped legal acknowledgment receipt. Pre-configured multilingual emails keep customers informed throughout the process.
Merchants can manage cancellations at both product and order levels. The app tracks withdrawal status and updates order information in your admin panel. All legal emails and automated flows are built-in, ensuring compliance while saving time on manual processing.
