Fortuna connects your Shopify store with Gmail or Outlook to handle routine customer support emails using AI. The app uses live order data, product information, fulfillment status, customer details, and your saved policies to answer common questions about orders, delivery, and returns. You can preview AI-generated draft responses before turning on automation. Once enabled, Fortuna sends routine replies automatically or holds them for human review based on your preferences. For refund requests, the app performs identity, order, channel, policy, and safety checks. Eligible refunds at or below your saved Auto cap may process automatically, while above-cap and sensitive requests are held for merchant review. The Auto cap isn't a decline rule—it's a threshold for automatic processing. Keep using your existing Gmail or Outlook inbox without migrating to another helpdesk platform. Focus your time on exceptions and complex cases while AI support staff handles the routine tickets.
