Loopback gives your Shopify store a simple returns page where customers can request returns on their own. Shoppers enter their order number and email, select a reason, and submit—no account or login needed. You see every return request in one list inside your Shopify admin and approve or reject with one click. Both you and your customer get automatic emails at every step, sent in your store's name. Each request is verified against your real Shopify orders. Refunds and return labels work through Shopify as usual.
