Looked After creates a complete returns desk for your Shopify store. Customers can start returns, exchanges, and warranty claims directly from their account or through a no-login Returns Page. They can upload photos and answer your custom questions while automated rules check return windows and reasons. You can approve, decline, or ask follow-up questions in a logged thread that emails buyers automatically. Send return instructions and shipping labels, create replacement orders, and process refunds through Shopify, issue store credit, or arrange repairs. The app handles restocking on refund and syncs with Shopify returns in both directions. Set rules for return windows, postage costs, restocking fees, and automatic approval.
