About the LastCall: Add to Order
LastCall lets customers add products to an order they just placed without going through a second checkout. After completing their purchase, shoppers get a short time window to include forgotten items or extras to their existing order.
The app automatically edits the original order and sends customers to Shopify's payment page to settle only the difference. Your discount codes stay accurate on added items, so pricing remains consistent. Added products are placed on a fulfillment hold until the balance clears, then ship together with the original order.
You control the add-on window duration and can switch the feature on or off directly from your Shopify admin. No support tickets needed for customers who want to modify their recent orders—they handle it themselves through a simple process that keeps everything under one order number.
