About the Kboard

Kboard adds a Q&A board system to your Shopify store where customers can ask questions about products, read announcements, and join discussions. Merchants can create multiple boards for different purposes. Customers can write posts with password protection to keep sensitive inquiries private. The admin reply system lets you respond directly from your dashboard while managing question status as answered or pending. Email notifications alert both merchants and customers about new questions and answers. Installation is simple through a theme extension that works with any Shopify theme without coding required.
