Kanbanify adds a visual kanban board to your Shopify admin for managing orders through custom production stages. When Shopify's basic unfulfilled/fulfilled status isn't enough, this app lets you track orders as they move through your real workflow.
Create unlimited custom stages that match how you work — picking, production, alteration, QA, ready-to-ship, or whatever your process needs. Drag and drop orders between columns on the kanban board. Team members can assign orders to themselves for clear ownership and accountability.
The app automatically tags orders for better visibility on your Order List. It includes Shopify Flow integration with a "Stage changed" trigger and bulk actions to update stages directly from the Order List. Works on desktop, tablet, and phone so your team always knows where every order stands. No more spreadsheets or confusion about order status.
