Jcodi Chatbot brings an AI shopping assistant to your Shopify store, helping customers find products, sizes, and collections through natural conversation. Shoppers can ask questions in chat and get relevant product recommendations pulled directly from your catalog, with product cards displayed right in the conversation.
Customize the chatbot widget from your admin panel - set your welcome message, adjust colors, create quick prompts, add store rules, and build an FAQ section. The app works with your own OpenAI API key and supports both English and Arabic languages. Voice replies are available as an optional feature for customers who prefer audio responses.
