Invoice Calculator

This app auto-generates supplier invoices directly from your Shopify orders and sends the output to a Google Sheet you control. Your supplier connects with read-only access to pull order data for any date range—including orders older than 60 days—without being able to edit, refund, or modify anything in your store. Each invoice captures order numbers, product names, SKUs, quantities, destination countries, tracking numbers, and per-order totals. Line items are matched to your supplier's quotation sheet, creating fully formatted invoices ready for review and reconciliation. The supplier configures the Google Sheet output, giving you full visibility into billing periods and unit values of goods fulfilled on your behalf.
