About the HermitTaxDE – DATEV & GoBD

HermitTaxDE automates German tax compliance for your Shopify store with GoBD-compliant invoicing and DATEV export. The app generates sequential invoice numbers automatically from orders and creates ZUGFeRD 2.2 and XRechnung PDF/A-3 invoices with embedded XML. Your Steuerberater receives import-ready DATEV EXTF exports directly from Shopify Admin. The app handles all German VAT scenarios including EU reverse charge, OSS regulations, and Kleinunternehmer cases. A built-in pre-flight check validates your tax configuration before download, preventing errors in your accounting workflow.
