HeardFrom puts a one-tap attribution survey right on your order confirmation page to help you understand how customers found your store. Ask shoppers which marketing channel brought them in — whether it's TikTok, Google, podcasts, or word of mouth — and get honest answers when they're most engaged.
The app uses AI to automatically classify typed responses like "my sister told me" or "saw it on a reel" into clean marketing channels. You'll see a live channel breakdown showing which sources actually drive revenue, plus revenue per answer tracking.
