GateFlow helps Shopify merchants control B2B draft orders with an approval gate before invoicing or shipping. Wholesale orders above your set threshold stay in a pending queue until your team reviews them in the admin app.
The approval queue lets you approve or reject draft orders in one click. Set up currency threshold rules to auto-approve small orders while flagging large B2B orders for review. Your team receives email alerts when wholesale orders need attention, so nothing gets missed.
Every approve and reject decision is stored in an audit trail for compliance and tracking. When you reject an order, GateFlow tags the draft order in Shopify to prevent it from slipping through.
Setup is simple with the onboarding wizard that connects draft order webhooks, helps you create your first approval rule, and adds approver emails. Smart Chat support is available in English and Portuguese to guide you through the process.
