FoundVia displays a post-purchase survey on your Thank You page and Order Status page for signed-in buyers. Ask customers how they found your store right after checkout, then track which answers come up most often.
Customize the thank-you message, survey question, and answer choices to match your needs. Preview everything before publishing. The survey is optional, so buyers can skip it if they want.
Review answer counts and percentages over 7, 30, or 90-day periods. See order-value snapshots organized by currency to understand the value behind each response. Export your survey answers as CSV files for deeper analysis. Test orders are automatically excluded from your live reports, keeping your data clean and accurate.
