Setting up is straightforward—install the app from Shopify Admin, click Create my Fala agent, then use Train from my store to automatically read your public store content. Turn on the Storefront agent in the theme editor without touching any code. The agent handles both voice and typed questions from one interface.
All conversations and contact information your agent captures stay inside the Fala app in your Shopify Admin, keeping shopper data with your store. No theme code edits required. No second signup needed.
