Über EngraveSafe
EngraveSafe prevents personalized orders from being produced and shipped without customer engraving text. Product option apps can fail when theme updates hide fields, express checkouts skip them, or customers leave them empty. You only discover missing details when orders reach production.
This app checks every personalized order immediately after it arrives. When required details are missing, it automatically places a fulfillment hold on the order and tags it to prevent mistakes. Customers receive a short form to provide their engraving information. Once they submit their answers, the details are saved directly on the order and the hold releases automatically.
EngraveSafe works with any product options app. The status panel shows which orders are protected, currently on hold, and when the system last ran. If Shopify experiences delays, the app retries automatically so no orders slip through unchecked.
