Credit Guard helps you manage B2B net-terms orders by tracking what each company owes and enforcing credit limits. While Shopify records payment terms, it doesn't enforce them—this app fills that gap.
See all outstanding balances, overdue companies, and upcoming due dates on one dashboard. Set credit limits for each B2B company from a single table. When a company exceeds its limit or has an overdue balance, they go on credit hold and their buyers can't complete net-terms checkout until the balance is cleared or you enable bypass for that company.
The app sends payment reminders automatically: 3 days before the due date, on the due date, and 3 days after. You get a complete view of what's due in the next 30 days, making it easier to manage your B2B accounts receivable and prevent payment issues before they happen.
