Cancel My Order gives your customers the ability to cancel or withdraw their orders directly from your storefront without needing to contact support. Using a simple self-service form, customers enter their name, email, and order number to request cancellation. The app automatically applies a 14-day withdrawal window based on EU consumer law.
For orders not yet shipped, the app handles automatic cancellation and refund. When orders have already shipped, they're tagged and noted as return requests so your team can process them accordingly. This saves time for both customers and support staff while ensuring compliance with consumer protection regulations.
