Track lot numbers, expiry dates, and manage product recalls for regulated direct-to-consumer brands selling supplements, peptides, CBD, and food. Since Shopify doesn't track lots or expiry dates natively, this app helps prevent expired stock from shipping and simplifies recall management.
Log each lot in seconds with product details, lot number, quantity, expiry date, supplier info, and COA links. The dashboard organizes inventory into Expired, Expiring Soon, and Active lots so you can take action before products expire. Weekly digest emails alert you when stock is approaching its expiry date.
Pull recall reports instantly by searching for a specific lot or supplier, then export to PDF or CSV. The FEFO view helps you sell first-expiring, first-out to minimize waste. This is a lot-level inventory tool focused on tracking and recalls, not a full inventory management system with auto-deduction or purchase orders.
