About the Auto Form Filler

Auto Form Filler helps you auto-fill PDF forms with order data, eliminating slow and error-prone manual paperwork. Upload any PDF document like customs forms, certificates of origin, or invoices, then use the visual editor to map fields directly to your Shopify order information. The app automatically detects existing PDF form fields and supports over 80 order data fields including customer addresses, line items, HS codes, and financial details. Generate and print filled PDFs straight from the order details page in your Shopify admin. You can also embed reusable signatures by drawing, typing, or uploading them as images, making it simple to complete all your order documentation in just a few clicks.
