About the Arc Wholesale Approval
Arc Wholesale Approval helps Shopify merchants manage wholesale buyer applications from submission to final decision. Publish a custom buyer application form to collect resale certificates and supporting documents. All uploaded files are held for merchant review before any action is taken. Merchants can approve or reject wholesale buyers, request updates through a secure link, and export complete approval packets for record-keeping. The app tracks renewal dates and records manual Shopify follow-up activities. It does not provide tax or legal advice and does not automatically modify Shopify customer settings, tags, company profiles, tax configurations, or checkout settings.
