About the RepairTracker: Work Orders
RepairTracker manages your complete repair workflow directly inside Shopify. When customers purchase a repair service from your store, the app automatically creates a repair ticket with their information already filled in. You can log walk-in repairs and mail-in repairs, assign technicians, and track each job from intake to pickup.
Customers check their repair status right on your store instead of a separate website. The app lets you add intake photos, track parts and accessories, print repair orders, and send status update emails from each ticket. You can send estimates for customer approval before starting work, sync parts with your Shopify inventory to keep stock counts accurate, and bill using draft orders. The dashboard shows turnaround times, technician workload, and overdue repairs at a glance. Custom intake fields and repair categories help you adapt the system to fit your shop's specific needs.
