The app adds a chat widget to your storefront through a simple theme app embed. When customers ask questions, the smart search feature matches their queries to your FAQ database and returns the closest answer. If no match is found, the app displays your custom fallback message and suggests related FAQ questions that might help. Setting up is straightforward - just enable the embed in your theme editor and save your FAQ list to start helping customers find answers instantly.
