About the B2B Terms & PO Guard

This app validates B2B purchase order numbers using format rules, prefix checks, regex patterns, length requirements, and uniqueness verification. You can preview any PO rule live against sample numbers before publishing. Set deposit percentage guardrails between 1-99% for B2B orders and route orders above your threshold for manual review and approval with email alerts to approvers. Works alongside Shopify's native Net Terms while leaving D2C and non-company checkouts untouched. Checkout-side enforcement that hides unpaid deposit payment methods requires Shopify Plus B2B, but PO number validation, order review, and approval features work on every plan.
