About the Rechnora ‑ E‑Rechnung & DATEV

Rechnora handles your complete e-invoicing process directly from Shopify. The app automatically creates compliant XRechnung files in UBL and CII formats, plus branded ZUGFeRD PDF/A-3 invoices with machine-readable XML from your B2B orders. All invoices are validated before sending and dispatched automatically via email. When you process refunds, Rechnora generates credit notes. Edit an order and it creates invoice corrections. Everything gets stored in a GoBD-compliant archive that keeps documents unalterable for the required 10-year retention period according to § 147 AO. For your tax advisor, the app produces DATEV accounting batches (EXTF format) complete with all supporting documents. No separate accounting software needed. Rechnora covers invoicing, archiving, and DATEV export in one solution, making e-invoicing compliance straightforward for Shopify merchants.
