About the Ovona

Ad blockers and iOS tracking limits prevent browser pixels from reporting sales to Meta, causing your ads to optimize on incomplete data. Ovona solves this by sending purchase events directly to Meta's Conversions API from servers instead of shoppers' browsers. Store events like product views, add to carts, checkouts, and purchases are built from Shopify order data, so they reach Meta even when browser pixels are blocked. Each event shares an ID to prevent duplicate counting, keeping your Meta reporting accurate. Customer details are hashed before sending for privacy. Ovona recognizes returning shoppers, helping match more conversions to your ads. Setup is simple—just add your pixel ID and access token. No code changes or theme edits required.
