About the Back in Stock ‑ Backy

Backy helps you capture sales on sold-out products by letting customers join a waitlist for out-of-stock items. When products or variants come back in stock, the app automatically sends email notifications to waiting shoppers. Back-in-stock emails are sent from your own connected email provider, ensuring each customer gets notified about the exact variant they requested. The demand dashboard shows which sold-out products have the most customers waiting, so you can make smarter restocking decisions based on real customer interest. Adding the waitlist button is simple—just use the theme editor, and it will appear only when items are unavailable. You can customize notification emails, export your waitlist data, and manage everything without writing any code.
