About the Kelso: Back in Stock Alerts

Kelso helps you recover lost sales when products go out of stock. The app adds a "Notify me when available" button to your product pages and automatically sends back in stock alerts to waiting customers the moment you restock. Built for reliability with dual detection: an inventory webhook plus a backup reconciliation poll, because Shopify doesn't guarantee webhook delivery. Every restock alert is tracked from queued to delivered in a full send audit log, so you know exactly which customers received notifications. The app includes variant level matching, ensuring customers get notified about the exact product variant they want. All plans offer unlimited subscribers and variants, even the free plan. Switching from another restock app? Import your waitlist via CSV with automatic variant matching to keep your customer notifications running smoothly.
