Returbo moves your returns and exchanges out of your inbox and into a branded self-service portal on your store. Built for high-volume brands in the Nordics and EU, it handles returns, exchanges, claims and store credit automatically. Customers register their own returns through the portal while shipping labels from PostNord, DHL and other carriers are generated and tracked until items arrive back at your warehouse. The app lets you offer exchanges or store credit before issuing refunds, and requires photos and comments on claims before they reach your team. Includes EU 2023/2673 compliant withdrawal forms.
