About the EasyWi: EU Withdrawal Button
This app helps your Shopify store comply with EU law by adding a withdrawal button and form for customers. EU regulations give buyers 14 days to withdraw from online purchases, and this solution handles the entire process automatically.
Customers can submit withdrawal requests directly from your store. Each request is saved with the order number, timestamp, and reason. The app sends automated confirmation emails in all 24 EU languages and displays everything in your dashboard for easy tracking.
The Pro version creates Shopify returns automatically and cancels unfulfilled orders. You can exclude specific products from withdrawal using tags. Setup takes just two minutes, and all data is hosted in Frankfurt for EU compliance. Track withdrawal requests with complete order details and maintain a full audit trail.
