About the RefundSentry ‑ Refund Fraud
RefundSentry analyzes up to 12 months of your orders, refunds and chargebacks to identify refund fraud and abuse patterns. The app generates a detailed report showing what you refunded, which transactions show signs of abuse, and which customers to watch.
It links accounts that share the same card, browser, connection or address, revealing when one person operates multiple accounts. Every new order is automatically checked before shipping, with holds applied only to blocked customers or based on rules you activate.
For item not received chargebacks, RefundSentry prepares evidence letters for banks including delivery proof and linked account information. The app works alongside your existing returns and checkout fraud prevention tools, focusing specifically on refund abuse detection and recovery recommendations.
