About the Gatehouse — SSO Login Hub
Gatehouse connects your B2B buyers with their existing corporate SSO accounts in Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Auth0, or any OpenID Connect provider. Retail shoppers sign in using Google or one-time email codes. Each customer group gets its own branded sign-in page with custom logos, colors, and login domains.
Since Shopify customer accounts accept only one identity provider, Gatehouse fills that role and manages multiple authentication methods behind the scenes. Wholesale, retail, and B2B groups access separate sign-in pages tailored to their needs. Staff can log in as any customer to browse the storefront, with full audit trails for security. Requires Shopify Plus and new customer accounts.
