About the EU Warranty Label + GARAN
This app helps EU shops comply with Directive (EU) 2024/825 by displaying the official statutory warranty notice from the European Commission. The EU warranty label appears in all 24 EU languages automatically, matching your customer's language without any coding required.
You can place the warranty label on selected pages either directly or behind a badge, with automatic placement or drag-and-drop options in your theme. The official graphic remains unchanged while fonts and colors adapt to match your store's design.
Every order confirmation email includes the warranty notice as both a graphic and PDF attachment, ensuring permanent compliance documentation. For products with manufacturer warranties exceeding two years, the app also generates the GARAN label.
The app works with unlimited products and includes 24/7 support in German and English with real human assistance.
Launched: September 17, 2026
