About the esigned: waivers & signatures

esigned lets you require signed waivers before customers add products to cart, at checkout, through email after purchase, or at your POS counter. Simply upload your existing waiver PDF and the app automatically finds the blanks and places signature fields—no need to rebuild anything. Perfect for businesses running rentals, tours, fitness studios, classes and events. Customers can sign waivers on any phone, tablet or computer. You can also have an "I agree" checkbox open a signature pad for collecting consent. Every signed PDF includes an audit trail and links directly to its order. Track who hasn't signed yet and send reminders as needed. Works seamlessly with Shopify POS and supports printed QR codes for in-person signing at your counter.
