About the Returbo Returns & Exchanges
Returbo moves your returns process from inbox and spreadsheets into a branded return portal on your store. Built specifically for high-volume brands in the Nordics and EU, it handles returns, exchanges and store credit through one automated system.
Customers register their returns, exchanges and claims themselves through your portal. Shipping labels from PostNord, DHL and other European carriers are generated and tracked automatically until items arrive back at your warehouse. The app lets you offer exchanges or store credit before issuing refunds, helping you retain more revenue.
For claims, you can require photos and comments before they reach your team. The system includes the EU 2023/2673 withdrawal form for compliance. Start with a free trial and test it on your own returns before paying.
