About the ReturnFence
ReturnFence helps you review orders from customers with recent refund activity before fulfillment. The app checks each new order against your custom rules using Shopify's 60-day order history. When an order matches your criteria, it goes into a review queue where you can approve it or add a hold tag. The app creates a 0-100 refund signal score for each customer and shows you the factors behind every score. You can build a refund watchlist from your Shopify order and refund data, then set rules to flag matching orders for review. The queue ranks orders by signal strength so you can prioritize which ones need attention. Every action is tracked with a full activity trail. Pro plan users receive a weekly digest of refund signals. ReturnFence doesn't identify Shopify Returns, prove abuse, cancel orders, or make fulfillment decisions for you.
