About the B2B User/Location Admin Portal
This self-service B2B portal gives your business customers control over their company accounts. Built for Shopify's new customer accounts, it lets the main contact add users, manage shipping locations, and set up role-based permissions without needing your help.
Company admins can create custom roles with six granular permissions across two categories, defining exactly what each user can view or manage. Roles can be assigned per location or across all locations at once. Admins can also delegate full admin access to other users when needed.
The app features automatic Shopify B2B sync and native integration with New Customer Accounts. This B2B admin portal requires Shopify Plus with B2B and New Customer Accounts enabled.
