About the Propel Replay, Survey, Heatmap
Trusted by 8,000+ Shopify stores to recover lost sales with session recording and conversion optimization tools. Watch live and recorded session replays of real shoppers to see exactly where they abandon carts or get stuck during checkout. Replay abandoned checkouts on Shopify Plus to understand drop-offs. Use heatmaps to find ignored add-to-cart buttons and broken layouts. Run on-site surveys to ask shoppers why they didn't buy. The AI Assistant analyzes replays and flags conversion issues before they cost you revenue. Spot bots and competitor clicks draining your ad spend by tracking IP and traffic sources.
