About the Digital Unboxing & COA Kit

This app helps makers, artists and specialist studios create digital customer kits for their original pieces. Turn eligible orders into a hosted kit that includes your numbered certificate of authenticity, care instructions and maker's note. Share each kit through a personalised email link or connect it to the parcel with a QR code. You can also generate print-ready PDFs of certificates and cards to include with the physical product. Add useful features like returns, referral offers or recommended products to each kit. You issue the certificates yourself - the app doesn't authenticate products or provide lab reports. Choose which products are eligible, preview customer kits before sending, and control whether emails go out automatically or manually.
