About the Pausify ‑ Vacation Mode

Pausify lets you close your Shopify store for holidays or vacations with one click while keeping your storefront visible and SEO-friendly. Orders are blocked server-side by Shopify's own servers, covering all checkout methods including direct cart links, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and the Shop app. Your store remains browsable and indexed—no password page, no noindex tags, and nothing written into your theme. Choose between displaying a banner on your browsable store or a full curtain overlay. Add your reopening date so visitors can save it to their calendar. Schedule your vacation dates in advance and the store automatically reopens when you're back. You can also close on specific weekdays or pause orders for individual countries or collections. Pausify collects no visitor data and works without modifying your theme code.
