About the ECM Bulk Image Resizer

Resize and compress your store images in bulk to create a consistent, professional catalog. This app lets you square product images by padding with your background color or cropping, and set a maximum width to keep everything uniform. Small images won't be stretched. Compress images using Balanced, Conservative or Custom presets and preview results before applying. Add SEO-friendly alt text from templates that include product and store details, plus rename files for better search optimization. Works on product images, with options to include collection and theme images. Every original is automatically backed up so you can restore any image with one click. Each run shows exactly what was resized, skipped or failed. Turn on automatic optimization to process new images and add alt text as soon as you upload them.

Launched: May 30, 2017
