About the Cash on Delivery Blacklist •AS

This app helps protect your store from Cash on Delivery fraud and chargebacks by blocking risky buyers before they complete checkout. Build a blacklist using customer email or phone numbers to prevent COD abuse and reduce refused deliveries. When a blacklisted customer attempts to checkout, the app automatically detects them and can hide Cash on Delivery and other payment methods in real time, or stop the order entirely. Create custom payment rules and add COD fees to cover handling costs and reduce RTO losses. Report fraudulent buyers to a shared fraud database to help prevent repeat offenders across stores. Optionally integrate with fraud prevention services using API keys for additional risk checks and chargeback protection.
