About the OrderPing: Cash on Delivery
OrderPing helps you reduce RTO losses by confirming cash on delivery orders before shipping. When a COD order comes in, your customer instantly receives a WhatsApp message with one-tap Confirm and Cancel buttons. You only ship confirmed orders, cutting down on refused deliveries that cost you double in courier fees.
The app runs on Meta's official WhatsApp Business API to keep your number secure. Messages go out in six languages: English, Sinhala, Tamil, Hindi, Urdu, and Arabic, with live preview available. If customers don't respond within 24 hours, an automatic reminder is sent. Orders that remain unconfirmed after 72 hours are marked as expired. You can also send shipping notifications with tracking links to keep customers informed throughout delivery.
