HyreKit helps you rent equipment by the day with a booking calendar that prevents double-bookings. Perfect for equipment hire, party rental, and any inventory that needs to come back. Set up weekly rates with optional starting costs, and choose rental periods from 2 to 365 days. The app automatically assigns a physical unit to each paid order, selecting the one returning soonest.
Track every machine individually with serial numbers, rental counts, engine hours, and service logs. Use the free Android app to scan codes when handing out rentals and scan them back on return. Each hire day includes a turnaround buffer to keep bookings from overlapping. Customers can extend their bookings directly from return reminders. The booking calendar works in ten languages, and a rental guard blocks orders that don't include proper rental dates.
