About the Konforma Legal Guarantee Label
Konforma handles both new EU compliance duties in one app. From 27 September 2026, every B2C store must display the legal-guarantee notice and GARAN durability label under EU Regulation 2025/1960. The app also checks green claims to prevent misleading environmental statements banned by the EmpCo Directive.
The legal-guarantee notice appears automatically on product pages in all 24 EU languages, showing the official graphic with QR code before the buy button. The GARAN label displays only for qualifying producer guarantees over 2 years. Green-claims checking scans products, collections, pages and blogs for risky wording like "climate neutral" or "sustainable," citing exact legal basis for each finding.
Free tier includes all mandatory features with no product limit. Pro plan ($17.90/month or $99/year) adds one-click catalog fixes, auto re-scan on changes, alerts for new risks, dated snapshots, and audit PDF for cease-and-desist cases. No customer data collected, no setup fees, cancel anytime through Shopify.
