About the Tacey: Order Editing & Merge
Tacey helps customers edit orders after purchase directly on the Shopify thank you page and order status page. The app validates addresses when orders are placed and automatically holds fulfillment if a wrong address is detected, preventing shipping errors.
Customers can edit their orders themselves: fix a wrong address, change quantity, swap variants, add items, or cancel orders with refund options including store credit and restocking fees. The order merge feature combines two paid orders from the same customer into one shipment without requiring refunds or additional charges.
The app also enables post purchase upsells, pre-shipment reminders, and PDF invoice downloads on the order status page. Edit windows are customizable, and auto-hold fulfillment ensures address corrections happen before shipping.
