About the Order Modify by ESTS

Order Modify by ESTS lets admins edit orders directly in Shopify admin—update custom fields, shipping details, line items, and other core order data. At the same time, customers can self-serve changes from their account on the order status page: update shipping address, adjust quantities, add or replace products, change product options, apply discounts, select shipping methods, update contact info, view invoices, or cancel orders. Merchants control what buyers can change by toggling each portal tool in settings. Set editing deadlines and plan-aware limits to align post-checkout changes with your policy. Reduce support tickets while keeping full control and clear order history. One app serves two audiences—staff and customers.
