This app lets customers edit their orders after checkout without creating support tickets. Shoppers can update shipping addresses, swap products, change variants and quantities, apply discount codes, or cancel orders on their own. Address edits include validation with smart suggestions, and shipping costs, taxes, and discounts recalculate automatically. Order cancellations offer store credit or refunds to help save sales. The app also displays post-purchase upsells and cross-sells on thank-you and order status pages. You can set custom edit windows, sync with 3PL and ERP systems, use Shopify Flow automation, and configure tagging and alerts.
