About the Amendly: Order Editing

Amendly: Order Editing lets customers manage their orders after checkout with self-service editing tools. Shoppers can update shipping addresses, edit items, swap variants, adjust quantities, add products, change discount codes, or cancel orders entirely. You control what customers can change and set time limits for edits. The app automatically validates addresses and recalculates shipping and taxes with every order change. Customers can easily reverse changes if needed. Works seamlessly with order management, warehouse management, and shipping apps. Integrates with Shopify Flow and Klaviyo, sending email notifications for all order edits. Define custom cancellation reasons to understand why customers cancel.
